As expected, after the spiritual rose color change, I also got a slot for a new navtree:

There were no navtrees anymore on Heidel’s level 55 limited areas on Laenor (since C rebirthed and his trees were removed). So I removed a couple of my less used trees (Northrend, Ice castle) and instead added new navigator trees to Bunny valley, School of Lumine, and Butterfly farm. I already had a tree at Eightleg woods, so now I have a complete “monopoly” on these newbie area trees.

My treenav page has updated links and updated Laenor map. The Rothikgen map isn’t yet updated, but I plan to do it soonish.
