Shinarae asked a few people for 1 hour test. It turned out that he wanted someone to test his new Chaos Cauldron area before he open it for public.

I volunteered (and got 5 taskpoints for it afterwards) and managed to get a sneak peak into the area. It seems that the players are allowed to enter the area once per boot and if you die there or just otherwise exit, you cannot come back.

The area has random set of monster in each run. I got a bunch of undeads on my first try. They were quite big and I even “died” once due to some crit, but luckily managed to avoid death. After spending 1.5 hours in the area, I left it with 300k exp on, so it wasn’t complete waste. But it seems that the area is meant mostly for parties.

Exp gaining

After I got 100M totals, I decreased my exp making a little and made “only” about 5M last week. My explore percentage is currently 52% (9514 rooms). And for some reason, I didn’t come across any fulgurite maps, so didn’t get any new beads. I still miss one before I can improve my bracelet.
