Felidae’s amulet bug

I also noticed that Felidae’s amulet doesn’t check existing prots when it gives new ones, leading to a situation where you can have same prot stacked multiple times:

Technically, the bug fix was a downtune for the equipment. In my past monk+inner_circle reincs I have been abusing the bug by stacking aoa+fabs for uber physres prot, but finally I got myself into writing a proper bug report about it.
