I have now been actively playing mud for 1000 days (or slightly over) since I started.

Notable happenings since the previous alchmerchant update:

• I got 8 tasks points from Heidel when I noticed that in some cases you could repair armour over their maximum condition.
• As Batmud’s birthday is approaching and there is possibly again free reinc available via Batto NPC, I have been collecting essences for reinc flasks. Currently, I have materials for: 7% size flask, 6.9% physres flask, 6% avoid flask, 6% spr flask, 5.5% spmax flask, 5.% exprate flask, 5% dex flask, 5% str flask and 5% hpmax flask. In addition, I have a lot of various penetration and type resistance essences.
• 15 new chests (7x 12 slots, 1x 9 slots, 1x 8 slots, 1x 5 slots, 5x 4 slots). I made many 4 slotters as I actually tried to create 2 or 3 slotters from small skeletons for ring boxes, but all my attempts turned to 4 slotters.
• 33 new alchemist rings. Special mentions: +4dam+2dex ring, +4avoid +2con ring, +5wis +2int ring. Also, a lot of +5 cha rings!
• Bought +10 int staff for 3M gold (probably somewhat overpriced, but the gold went to a relatively new player). This should explain the sudden drop in my money amount in the exp graph.
• About 8k power Armour of Aether reagents (highsteel discs) in store. These should last for a while.
• 100 Regeneration potions and 100 Protect armour potions in store.
• “You feel like being 79% as good as the current mithril leader, Lolzo.” - I used to be at 94% against Ursa at some point, but then Lolzo took the leader position.

Reinc plans

I have been in the reinc for 75 days. At 78 days, the reinc tax for the instant speed reinc is around 2%, which is low enough to actually do the instant reinc. So, regardless of Batto’s appearance, I will reinc in 3..5 days.

Unless I get second thoughs, I will do human monktarma with 10 inner circle levels (possible via reinc ticket). While human has lower Dex than catfolk, exprate, spmax, spr, and Wis are better and you get longer prots for example.

Only thing open is the selection of reinc flask. Almost 7% physres flask is tempting, but I might save it for a nomad reinc. Likewise, avoid flasks are for catfolk reincs, so I’ll probably end up with 5% spr or 5% wis (6% flasks are somewhat wasted with my reinc speed, it is more cost effective to use two 5% flasks).
